Be more original. Simple as that. The back drop / shot / action is all based on Alvin's perception of an "action" scene. Bring your own spice ;) then perhaps we can give you better compliment. Nice job though. Doing sprites ain't easy ;).

I am going to give you my honest opinion instead of just basing it on "OMG LINK WON!"

The fact is that some fight scenes were horribly choreograph. Some were great! [angels 3 fights 2nd round bouts] The others felt .. too quick and rush as in to kill of the characters.

cloud died way to fast.
the guy cloud fought died way to fast.

4 man fight was horrible. Why the heck didn't the girl fight? It as like time freeze let me just rest and let link do all work!

I mean good stuff but you guys give a bad example for the spriting community by just copy and pasting and adding flash effects.

A bit of customized sprite animation would of really made this movie shine.

I give it a 5 because majority of the material isn't yours. I don't think even the cloud sprite is even urs O_o.

Either way keep it up. Hope next movie is better.

Man, usually paradoies of the original usually suck. but this one was better animated, same fucking song, different lyrics... IT WAS TRULY MARVELOUS!!!! You get my 5/5 and 10 in here! KEEP IT UP!

I have to hand it to you. You said majority of the truth of how newgrounds is. BUT. I will defend the people that sprite. While yes we are taking original copyrighted content and using it in flash. Some artist like to modify their sprites to do things they never did in the game. Besides, majority of us are gamers and love to see the original thing being done in another way. Now.. if you see a flash movie with the sprites.. and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.. then yea that would apply to what you explained. The rest I completely understand. I've seen artist after artist that actually come up with good things and don't even make it to the daily feature. Yet something that was horribly animated but just had a funny song [Ultimate Showdown] makes it to the top. Good job on the message. I definintly got it. But remember if people give you a bad score.. is because they are hear to judge your flash, not the message behind it.

Aunque usamos material que no es original..magoria de las personas aqui juegan videojugeos. Y siempre le gustaran ver su favoritos juegos haciendo otras cosas. Si coje talento editando y haciendo nuevas animaciones para estos sprites para queden autentiqua. Pero tambien defiendo tu punto the vista que majoria so la mente sacan los sprites y los ponen en flash y hacen una pelicula. Ni lo editan o hacen algo original.

The animation was fluid.
The idea was good.

The rest after this is my bias opinion as I no longer like linkin park, but if you like check my profile and watch my movie.. you somewhat took the idea that i had in my head a long time ago for one of my movies with "Points of Authority". Good job though ^_^.

The bias part is that.. you used a good song "instrumental" wise but.. lyrical wise.. the song did not sync in at all with the fight scene. It would of been a better movie if it did. It given it a more emotional / fighting / dramatic approach that you were going for in the movie.

a 9 and a 4 from meh =)

While your character animations.. were very static. For the one framers you did a good job at drawing the characters.. but alot of these "drawings" were just based off offical artwork. There really isn't anything original except where you placed the characters and scenary. If you were planning to use this method as some sort of style.. I mean.. it was pretty good.. but.. you need to "enchance it a bit more". For original art.. really I gotta give you a 4-5 for atleast being able to trace and MegaMan I could give a nice 8. Yet your characters are very very.. much static. I mean I get a kick out more off a stick movie o_O. Voice acting.. I can't kill ya for it but alteast fix the sound of the voice. The quality was insanely horrible.

I say you have a better shot using the "sprite" animations as basis for the animations of X and Zero and use the same artistic skill you use to draw them to make the animations. Yet I can see you probably don't have the skill since you haven't practice drawing as much.

I will give you an 8 alteast on "story" you had a great idea, it was just poorly executed. I mean alteast you are working on a movie in a way. Like I mean some of these backgrounds I am pretty sure you must of came up from the top of your head. Which if you did I give you props. Also.. while I like the fact you are making this.. is sorta sad for me to say you are a tad bit to late to make a fanfic as Capcom Finally offically did their "x" awakening on "Irregular Hunter X".

And the thing that gave it away the most is that you kept using mid 90's megaman x artwork and then the most recent artwork.

It's like piting MegaMan and MegaMan X sprites with each other.. it stands out like a sore thumb! Anyways.. don't give up but I do say go back and highly redo this movie. It has potential. Just don't give up on some negative feedbacks.
